Mail in Quilting

Our mail quilting service is all-inclusive for just $0.03 per square inch. That includes your top and bobbin thread, your choice of 80/20 natural or white cotton batting, and return shipping. We guarantee your quilt will be completed and shipped within two weeks from the moment we receive it.

Please fill out the form below with your quilt information, afterwards you will receive an estimate within 24-48 hours. If you are satisfied, please accept the estimate within 30 days, otherwise the form will need to be resubmitted. Please enclose a copy of the accepted estimate in with your quilt, and ship it to us. Once your quilt has been completed, we will email you a final invoice with payment instructions.

Please note that we have a $75 minimum.

Please place a printed copy of your estimate in the shipping container with your quilt.
Ensure quilt is free of hard embellishments and loose threads.
- Any hard embellishments left on the quilt will be removed and shipped back with the quilt at an additional charge.
Backing fabric needs to be at least 4”. longer on all sides. Ex: a 52”x52” quilt top needs to have backing that is at least 60”x60”.
- If backing fabric is not long or wide enough, muslin strips will be added to the sides as necessary at a charge of $10.00 per strip. (Not to exceed $40.00 per quilt.)
If either your quilt top or backing is directional, please place a safety pin indicating the top.
We would appreciate it if all seams on the quilt top and backing are pressed.
